bubbling & unauthorized billing

I had purchased a herohonda Seplender+ Bike in jan 2012. Bike was bubling. i also consult with mechanic at u r showroom in sukhamani automobiles annapurna road near munakka, then he nothing told to me.and extra bill issued on showroom manager, at a time my vechile was in first service, i m So Harassment with the Hero Honda Seplender+ Bike. pls help me.

ENGINE COMPLAINT
Dear Sir,
I bought Splendor + bike in sep from one M.S motors in Vadakkencherry Palakkad, Kerala.
From the very beginning there was some trouble in the starting. I had to kick for so many times to start the bike and when finally it starts, it will go off the moment I put the gear and try to move forward (it was not moving at all initially) after complaining for so many days and giving the vehicle for 2-3 days they somehow rectified...

No doubt Hero Honda is a good Brand name in Indian Two wheeler Market & that to Splendor+ have already made its reputation since so many years.
Thinking of this I bought a Hero Honda Bike (Splendor plus) before 5 months from Bikes Auto, Vijay Cross Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The number of my bike is GJ-1 JG-4610.
The day I buy my new bike I am suffering from different different problems with bike.

Engine Problem
Hi All,
I own splendor + 1.5 years old.. Usually Hero Honda name is very known in the market. Keeping thi in mind instead of going for Bajaj Discover I went for Splendor.
But I am very much dis-appointed with the waythe bike is performing.
The bike is giving very poor performance & high maintenance. It is giving me average of 19 Km/Litre. the bike has current problem & nobody id...
