I am using samsung j7 prime. After installation of new version hike 6.0, i am facing video call problem. Video is not coming continuously even at the time of video my pic was stretching. Video is coming like frames. Video and voice not syncing. Facing the problem from last one month. I tried the video call from some other place bcoz i thought there is some network issues. But the problem was not solved. Plz solve my problem otherwise...

Yesterday i'e 1st jan 2018 i recharged my mobile with rs 448, but still recharge is not done through hike messenger app it showing recharge pending status, my hike number which i had registered is [protected]. I had done recharge for number [protected].
I raised i complaint using hike app yesterday itself but till now i didn't get any reply from hike.

I was added 250 rupees to hike wallet and did rechage and amount of recharge i. E.499 deducted. But recharge failed message appears on 20 th dec 2017. Till now i complaint more than 3 times but nobudy responded to me.
I have complaint fiĺed before 7-8 days ago.

As per hike policy refund will be provided into account within 3_10 days but till now not refunded

Kindly help me to resolve this issue as early...

I have added 10000 rs to hike massenger wallet. It is added quickly but no withdawl is possible. It shows the error msg that your wallet is blocked for suspicious reason. I have submit so many complaints to hike support team, but they have not given a single response till now. I think it is fraud. They cheated so many peoples. Why they have given permission to add money in their wallet. It should be banned from rbi. Please refund my amount...

I baldev mahesh my contact number as [protected] recently application download through whatsup share link that is hike messenger.in hike messenger have wallet money transfer option i unfortunately added 10000 rupees[protected]:03 am) in hike wallet through credit account but that money while transfer to bank not going it getting error...

Hike messanger has just launched their wallet to transfer money. I have added 13000 in wallet for transfer money to another account. At the time of adding all functions are working properly and option of withdrawl money to any bank account was showing. But after getting money in wallet the option of withdrawl money is showing temperorly unavailable. So my full money is blocked for doing phone recharges only. I have raise the conplaint request...

1 i have added 429 rupees to wallet for recharge. When i tried to recharge it failed repeatedly. I tried about 50 times shows transaction failed. Got frustrated and tried to withdraw my money. It shows this service is temporarily unavailable.

No reply from "hike support" for my arise more than 10 complaints for my wallet money issue. Since from money loaded date to till date..

As of now hike is giving promotional money on hike wallet but that money is not transferable to bank account. This is how they are playing with the existing users to make other new users to join hike this is very shameful. I would suggest all the college students that please you will not be able to transfer the hike wallet balance to the bank account so please don't install the app just to get the money because you are not going to get the...
