Hi,
I have bought a wooden TV stand from HomeTown, Marathahalli, Bangalore on 7th October. Today it is 12th October, Still they have not provided the fitters to come and fit the stand at home.
When we call them for the support, they say like they have given the details to fitters, they will come and do soon. not giving proper response.
They are not giving value to the customers. it seems they are...

I did a purchase of LCD wall unit on Jan 26, 2012 costing Rs.22,999. I did full payment of Rs22,999 on Jan 26, 2012 using my credit card. To my big shock , Upon checking my credit card statement recently, I found that on 20, feb 2012 I was again charged Rs.22,999 by HOMETOWN Bangalore. It was utterly shocking and unsatisfied shopping experience
with Home Town, Marthahalli, Bangalore.
In the last one month I had purchased goods worth of Rs.75000 from
Hometown, Marathahalli store, Bangalore. One of the things that I
bought last week (14/11/2010) was a composite video cable (Monsters
product). This didn't work in any of my DVD players. I went back to
the store on 21/11/2010...
with Home Town, Marthahalli, Bangalore.
