non delivery of the item paid for and no reply from customer service department

On 12th Feb I paid Rs 2,084 to www.Hyderabadonlineflorists.com, order number HOF-[protected], to deliver some chocolates and gifts on 14th Feb. This was due to be delivered on 14th Morning but these people delivered it at nite. Also to add to this I paid for 24pcs of Ferrero Rocher and they only delivered a box of 16pcs.
This is a clear ripoff. I tried calling their customer service numbers from Sydney and it constantly is busy...

I have ordered for a flower package along with balloons to be delivered to an address in Hyderabad on May 20th whose cost was RS. 915.00.. The site claimed to deliver the product on the same day. But They did not deliver it on the same day...

I have ordered for a Assorted Pack of Cadbury chocolates to be delivered to an address in Hyderabad whose cost was RS. 399.00(Rupees Three hunderd and ninety-nine only) on 7th April, 2009.. The site claimed to deliver the product on the same day. But They did not deliver it on the same day. They delivered it on the eveniong of 8th April that too a Dairy Milk chocolate of Rs. 50.00. On my complain they redelivered the product but this time...
