Cheating by staff/agents

I am a 60 year old person
I inquired about Term Insurance from ICICI PRU LIFE by their employees/agents in barmer district of Rajasthan as I am living and practicing in Barmer.
They gave me false promises and told me that I am eligible for Term Insurance of approx 12, 000, 000.
I was not knowing that not a single company issue the term insurance after the age of 60 year.

Please don't take ICICI PRU life. I took 15 years policy, I have paid 1500 per month for three years. After three years I am not able to continue. so that closed the policy. Totally I paid RS - 54000. but I got only 33 thousand from the insurance company balance is cheated. while taking the insurance the agent told me that you can get your amount any time only service charge 2 to 3% will be detected.
