I have lodged a complaint over phone for male functioning of my ifb wahing machine senorita aqua sx and accordingly got complaint tkt [protected]. But even after expiry of 4 days against this tkt number, i am yet to receive any service from your service engineer. Kindly look into the matter seriously and depute your service engineer immediately to my residence at the following address.

Recently on 13th August 2016, my washing machine was not working & I lodged a complaint. After I lodged the complain, the machine started but I did not cancel the complain. The technician came & had done the servicing( nothing much he had done) & charged Rs. 350 by giving the receipt. Soon after 2 days the machine stopped working & lodged complain on 8th Sept 2016. After follow ups the technician arrived on 13the Sept 2016 & charged Rs. 575/-....
