I wanted to share our experience with IFix India.

We had a broken screen on a 2017 Macbook that we wanted to repair and they offered (a) new screen replacement with 1year warranty for 35k or (b) refurbished screen with 6 months warranty for 25k. We went with the new one since we couldn’t be sure of the quality of the refurbished one. However I couldn't tell if it was a new one or not and I had several questions to the technician...

This is with respect to Request T-3250 dated 07/08/2022.

The IPAD Air was given to IFIX India Bangalore for screen replacement and HOME button fix.

Irrespective of multiple follow up, I don't see any ethical response from IFIX for the delivery.

The MacBook Pro 2012 Battery has a 1 year warranty, within 56 Cycles one month approximately . the battery started showing charge good for under 1.3 hours .
Tried contacting this guy Srinivas from ifix india. who apparently kept telling me that he will reply to my query once he talks to his technical team. Then he tells me that two teams have checked the issue and tells me that it cannot be fixed . I would not advise buying anything...
