Paid 1500 rupees for GATE 2021 exam but did not it had failed and did not receive the refund for it. I paid 1500 exam fees on Oct 7, 2020 which failed but the amount was debited and i have still not received the refund despite multiple mails and followups. IIT Bombay redirects me to SBI merchant while SBI does not respond. It has now been more than 3 months. Please help me in recovering the money which rightfully belongs to me but is not...

Refund of fees for IIT+system JoSAA

Respected Sir,
JoSAA was directed by HRD Ministry to refund seat acceptance fees to
eligible students of both NIT+system and IIT+system. But they are
returning the seat acceptance fees to students of NIT+system only.
Students who were alloted a seat in IITs are still ineligible for refund.
I was alloted a seat in IIT Patna but i did not joined the course, now
when i log in to CSAB...

on 31-05-09 I tried booking a e-ticket(mumbait to patna) via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru sbi debit card but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up till that day evening.
I saw in my bank account statement that the payment is debited from the account. In the list of booked tickets history I did not find the booked ticket
I tried calling up all the numbers given...
