They told me to use a complimentary gift voucher within 45 days of registration at 0/- and after confirmation emi will be charged

I have registered with imperial cruise services pvt ltd for trial pack, they gave one domestic trip package, i have paid big amount for the same. But at the time of service they are rejecting the same.
