They do not resolve issues instead they will keep you phone on hold and give all bull reasons if you cross question them. Once they recognize who is on line they will next time not pick up the phone on the same day. They always keep on blaming operator and expects customer to understand issue. While asking for renewal they will be on time but when it comes to resolving issues they are WORST. Never go for this service until you want a headache...

Hi All,
I have in2net internet serivce connection at my home which was not been utilised for more than 6 month due to my personal reason, I asked the agench who has Distributorship i.e. Tisai cabel servises at Kayan East to activate my account but the who Person(Name Omkar)who has visited my home check the connectivity told me that previous account could not be activated he will create me a new account and provide me user ID...
