I tried to pay my post paid bill through rechargeadda, for some reasons I was not successfull and my money is in the rechargeadda wallet. Now I am neither able to use the amount to pay the bills since there is some issue in this site.
I have 1 thousand rupees in the wallet. I want it refunded into my bank account or should be able to use it at the earliest.
