This is the 9th time that DAC number was not sent. The distributors in the Birati area called Freedom services in pin code 700081 are not trained. Every time the delivery guy comes and haggles with us. The issue was raised from the indianoil portal but nothing is resolved....

I have filed a complaint about LPG gas cylinder leakage on Indin Oil App on 23rd Feb but there is no mechanic assigned so far and nothing is being done.I tried calling emergency helpline number 1906 but line is busy from days. 1906 helpline is not working at all. Where should people go in case of emergency ?

LPG REFILL gs is not given whereas massage has come it is delivered. Yesterday one man has come to deliver a cylinder of gas 24.5 kg .I told him it is not full take it back and give me full gas .29.70 kg.He has taken back his cylinder and he did not turn back and I have not given him any DAC number then how it is delivered.

I booked LPG cylinder from Indian oil Corporation on 7th-Apr-2025 with amount of 855 INR. I paid full amount at the time of booking. When delivery boy came to delivery the cylinder he charges extra amount 50INR. he said Due to increase of cylinder prices we charging extra amount. Our LPG gas cylinder distributer is Indane Saroj gas agency. Everytime we book LPG, delivery boy ask for delivery charges, from Rs.20 to 50. Most of the time payment we had done payment because o[censored]rgency of cylinder. This time I strongly refuse. The delivery boy refuse to give cylider and ask to collect it from office. This is everytimes problem....

We've been loyal Indane gas subscribers for a decade, but now we're facing serious issues with Someshwara Indane Gas, Adoni, (518301).
Cylinders aren't being delivered to Kadithota village that is 8km away from the location, affecting all households. On top of that, we're slapped with an additional ₹25 charge when we go to the agency godown, despite the bill showing ₹875 on the Indane portal.
