The website and its services are fraudulent. I placed order number [protected] on May 6th for an INR 800 cake delivery on Mother's Day, May 12th, 2024. I made the order six days in advance to allow ample time for confirmation of delivery feasibility. Despite multiple assurances, the website failed to deliver on their promise. On May 12th, they demanded an additional INR 400 for delivery, which was never communicated earlier.

Furthermore,...

They have taken payment to deliver cake but not delivered and no refund. Fake company. Pls block this portal....

Hi i have ordered vanilla pinneple cake for my nephews birthday on[protected], when i have place the order they have not mentioned about any extra delivery charges.. Next day morning i have received message that i have to pay extra charges for delivery.. (Ps. They claim that normal delivery will be free and i have opted for normal delivery which is between 11am to 9 pm but still they did charge me extra...) and when i called their customer...
