I was traveling from Pune to Mumbai on 26 th Jan 2023, 3.48 pm with my car xuv500 MH12 HN 1161 toll representatives collected 540, rupees cash as penalty saying no sufficient balance in my account, but I can see my fast tag account details and found 203 rs deducted at same time, Request you to check same in your inventory and refund my 540 rupees asap.

The toll near Panvel called Shedung Naka, charged me twice, I have 422 balance in my fastag and they told you don't have balance and took took money in cash again. The toll is Rs. 41.
