This is shashank here from mumbai. I am being tortured for the last 2 months by the team leader Mr. Jeetu Rajbhar.regarding the leaves and the target based work.

Torturing by team leader

This is shashank here from Iron mountain. There is continous torturing by the team leader Mr. Jeetesh Rajhbhar. I tried to inform the HR but the HR does not take any action against it. This is just because the team leader is permanent in the company and on payroll. The company has made a team leader who is just 12 th pass.Many people are suffering in the team due to this.
