This is shashank here from Iron mountain. There is continous torturing by the team leader Mr. Jeetesh Rajhbhar. I tried to inform the HR but the HR does not take any action against it. This is just because the team leader is permanent in the company and on payroll. The company has made a team leader who is just 12 th pass.Many people are suffering in the team due to this. Much type of politics played in that firm. Our payments are always shown less on the cheques and the calculation is something else. The team leader says go home when there is no work and the same day is considered as half day if total hours are not completed. This is just kind of corruption we all need to break in such small companies.
The Iron Mountain is giving advertisements but from indside is totally a fraud type of firm.
