Unemployment Benefits and unclaimed money gounment fouds...

I filed my state taxes in feb 2016 i should have received a refund of 794.00 instead i received a check for 150.00, i called the tax commissioner on 03/15/2016 and was told that another 160.00 would be sent out soon i have not received that or the total amount of my refund, i was not aware that the irs sends out partial payments of taxes and i would like the rest of my refund....
