However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Ipin and tpin not yet received

I am getting this again and agin and so i am not able to login to my account.

Pending Reset IPin/Re-Issue of IPin request is already present for this USER ID/PRAN....

PRAN not found in database while trying to set the PRAN password

I have recently registered for eNPS, I deposited a sum of 2000 rupees and received an acknowledgement as well as a PRAN number.

While trying to set my PRAN password, I am receiving an error saying PRAN not found in data base.

Why am I even facing this issue on the first place, this is a national website and it has such broken pipelines for storing my data?
This goes against network and security guide lines...

NSDL - e-sign/ekyc pan application status for correction shows no record found

I have corrected my Pan card on 26th February 2024. The payment was successful and the application was also successful. But when I checked the track option, it displayed "No records found"....

PAN ( AJXXXXXX5N ) entered by you is not in proper status in Income Tax Department Database

Dear Sir/Madam,

Regarding my father's PAN CARD number AJXXXXXX5N,

When I tried reprinting the PAN card which was lost. I encountered the below error

PAN ( AJXXXXXX5N ) entered by you is not in proper status in the Income Tax Department Database. Please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with a color copy of your PAN Card to look into the matter.

I don't have a photocopy of the PAN...

Error while getting eKYC details, Please try again

I submitted application to update my father's spelling in pan card.
After payment, when i tried e-verifying, the portal keeps giving below error.

Need to know the exact reason for failure and also the refund if the online application cannot go further

PRAN not found in Database - NPS login issue

I have created NPS account and received new PRAN number to my registered mail id. When tried generating password, its throwing error that 'PRAN not found in Database'....

PRAN number not being recognized to login or register complaint

Hi Team,

I am a register NPS subscriber and have been using my account without any issue since 2 years. However, now when I am trying to login using my PRAN, I get the error as Invalid PRAN. I am using the correct PRAN number which is the same number present on the monthly statement sent to me by [protected]@kfintech.com. I use the same number to unlock my pdf document attached to the mail.

The same error is coming...

Today 14/12/2023 I did my registration process for ENPS. I had filled all the basic and necessary details including the necessary document uploading part.
But when i went to make the payment, I selected the gateway as RAZORPAY and made a payment using my HDFC BANK Internet Banking.
The money got deducted from my bank account. But i didn't get redirected to the enps page. Response from eNPS was transaction failed....

E-KYC applied pan application status shows no record found

I have applied for new pan card on 11 november 2023 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number N-[protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

Pan fee no refunded

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. I have paid the amount of 106.90 using UPI and the amount got debited on 1/11/2023. But the application was unable to proceed due to mismatch issue. I need my refund, I hereby attach my transaction reference number (ZHD[protected])

Not receiving refund of pan application

I had apply for my pan card application online through nsdl portal on 18/10/2023 and my application got failed and my money deducted from bank account. It showed that i will get refund within 7 days but still on 30/10/2023 i didn't received refund.. My registered/temperory token no. Is[protected].Kindly help me out as soon as possible...
