Hello, im trying to reset my password on JNTUK portal using following URL they provided...

https://od.jntuk.online/forgot_pwd.php

this URL is not working and running too long and showing 504 http error
i cant reset my password please solve ASAP

I submitted for OD 4 years long back . Still I haven't received the certificate. It's showing the status as already printed.

When I check with jntuk University they saying like we already posted and delivered too. But I haven't receive any post from jntuk.

I am 2017 passed out, I have applied for my od on September 30, after some days I got a message that my od have been printed on October 22, but still I did not received my od .I have made many calls to the office numbers but they are not responding. If no one is not responding how can my problem get solve ....
