Jntu Kakinda — I still haven't received my id

I am 2017 passed out, I have applied for my od on September 30, after some days I got a message that my od have been printed on October 22, but still I did not received my od .I have made many calls to the office numbers but they are not responding. If no one is not responding how can my problem get solve .
