My hall ticket number is 18EM1A0549. I have paid the money for B.TECH original degree through online and the transaction got failed and below is the reference number .Since it is failed i have filled the details again and i have paid the amount once again and it was successful and below is the reference number. After some time i have received SMS that first transaction is successful and deducted money again....

I completed btech 2011, i applied in jntuk university OD OCTOBER 05 2015, but still now not received OD, my DD no is 352830, Roll no is 07A61A0247 and my college is sriprakash college, please tell me reason why didn't come ...my number is [protected]...

I am 2012 b.tech passed out. I have applied for the OD on September 29th 2015, through post and i have sent the DD 2500/- in the name of the registrar JNTU Kakinada in the same post along with all the required documents.

But i am unable to know whether my OD is in the process or not.
I Didn't get any information from university.
Please give reply to my problem.
