Respected Sir,
My hall ticket number is 18EM1A0549. I have paid the money for B.TECH original degree through online and the transaction got failed and below is the reference number .Since it is failed i have filled the details again and i have paid the amount once again and it was successful and below is the reference number. After some time i have received SMS that first transaction is successful and deducted money again. So for the same hall ticket number i have paid the money twice for the OD. Kindly let me the process for getting refund for the first transaction.
