I had purchased a screw type bangle from Joyallukas Singapore ( main store)
However when I used to wear them the screw used to loosen up. When I took it back to store the staff were ignorant about the issue and were arguing that there is no issue with the bangle.
When I took it to Joyallukas mysore . The staff immediately said there is a defect and rectified it for me .

Please hire efficient staff...

Since one month from 17 december 2017 my money rs. 12000 which is swiped my atm card at joyallukas jewellery shop which is located at tirupur, this amount is hacked in joyallukas from idbi tirupur branch, tamilnadu. My account number [protected]. Kindly please do the needful. Registed phone number to idbi account is [protected]... I have produced the complained form to do on our idbi branch, nilgiris, tamilnadu....

I purchased silver article from, joyallukas, he charged excess making charge... Having enrolled for monthly chit I was forced buy from the shop, I purchased silver coins, even for that they charged making charge of rs3 per gram... I found helpless I need proper refund for my money paid excess...
