Joyallukas — Complaining about staff

Hi
I had purchased a screw type bangle from Joyallukas Singapore ( main store)
However when I used to wear them the screw used to loosen up. When I took it back to store the staff were ignorant about the issue and were arguing that there is no issue with the bangle.
When I took it to Joyallukas mysore . The staff immediately said there is a defect and rectified it for me .

Please hire efficient staff and train them well on your products especially out of India . They are negligent and arrogant in Singapore main store .
