I have ordered Macaroni special burger and received mac-n-cheese which is very different from my order and after confrontation with the issue, the employee at jumboking was very rude with reply and instead of giving right product refused to give correct order and refunded the money without my consent and not able to provide proper reasons for this...

Refused to give bill on demand too

I requested the person-in-charge of Jumbo King to give bill but he refused. He said we dont give bills, if you want to eat then eat or else leave. We dont give bills for a few vada pao's. What can be done about it ???...
