I have purchased k7 total security before 2 months.Now i have change my os in my laptop .So need to reactivate my k7 antivirus .but i forget my mail id and password so kindly help to recover my email and password ....

Sir, i already bought the product and i just renewed it through online by payumoney. money was transacted from my father's sbi account. sbi and payumoney verified it through sms and email. but still i cant get my new serial number to renew it. i leave many messages to the official site but there is no reply. please let me have the new serial number as soon as possible .thank you...

Dear Sir,
I have bought K7 total Security on20th sept 2011.Now today on 15 dec2011 i had tried to install it and it shows me it has serial key failure when warranty is given to me 1 year for this iteam.i conctact Company toll free no ([protected]) they said they cant help they ask me to contact dealer.
Dealer denied to help anything saying you have lost your money.it hurts a lot when people cheating us on face without any fear...

This is to bring to your gentle attention that K7 total Security 10 (Anti-virus) is not able to provide protection to my computer from malicious threats and softwares from the internet.
On repeatedly calling and e-mailing the company support and assistance department there has been no response.
My HP laptop (Configuration: Windows 7, RAM: 3 GB, Hard Disk: 320GB) is under constant deterioration and has been recovered...

antivirus not working since dec. 2008
THIS IS TO INFORM U THAT I HAVE BOUGHT THE K7 ANTIVIRUS FROM ALLAHABAD VENDOR.
DURATION OF MY ANTIVIRUS PRODUCT IS OF ONE YEAR, IT WILL EXPIRE ON 1 SEPTEMBER 2009. IN DEC. 2008 I HAVE GOT SOME PROBLEM IN MY COMPUTER SO I HAVE FORMATTED MY COMPUTER BUT AFTER THAT WHEN I AM TRYING TO ACTIVATE MY PRODUCT THE ERROR COMES THAT PRODUCT ID IS NOT VALID.
I HAVE MAILED MY COMPLAIN MANY TIMES TO THE COMPANY AND TRY TO TALK TO THE ENGINNERS...
