I am a user of their DID Phone. These guys while selling the telephone line promise lot of facilities & convenience like Online Payment System, e bills, immediate redressal of complaints. Once you have taken the connection they are interested in only snatching money from you . Everybody in the staff is trained on how to befool a customer . I am surrendering their connection. Be very careful while dealing with them....

I was allocated a DID telephone
facility with a tie up between the society and the Kansan comm.p.ltd.
With some of their offer I had availed a Local & STD facility with a refundable security of Rs. 2000/-. after some time I found no much use of the connection and asked them to disown my connection and refund the security amount after restoring my original DID facility.
