I am a user of their DID Phone. These guys while selling the telephone line promise lot of facilities & convenience like Online Payment System, e bills, immediate redressal of complaints. Once you have taken the connection they are interested in only snatching money from you . Everybody in the staff is trained on how to befool a customer . I am surrendering their connection.
