Hello,
This is Dr Asha Kumawat wants to bring your attention towards the poor quality of KeraGain Hair color Shampoo. I had purchased the same with Batch no. 021421KHCB and also with the valid expiry date (01/2024) was defective as it is said the shampoo should come out from both the nozzles but I emptied half of my bottle and still it was'nt which gave me unaffected results with no change at all.
I would really not appreciate...

Despite of complaining in your customer care within 48 hrs (On sunday) of the delivery of my order and your reassurance of the replacement of product by your team, we are getting negative response from your side! We have been in touch with keragain customer service through whatsapp. Kindly look into this matter seriously as i am complaining about this issue for the 10th time, otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for this issue!
