I have ordered black gown dress of 999/Rs but I received bad quality of 150/Rs worth of selwar material, I called immediately to courier person n told him to return he said he will confirm with his boss n call me back n he blocked my no, I tried calling the no which they mentioned on the parcel [protected] it's switched off from months I am keep trying, plz replace with the dress which I ordered or return my 999/Rs money or else I will go...

I regret to inform you that the product i received is different from what i ordered. (I received a suit instead of a lehenga that i ordered)

Hi, I placed an order on 24 of Jan for 2 sarees, one was peach Color and another was yellow but the one I received on Monday 5/02/2018 is pink color saree with very poor quality and lots of golden color work on it. any one can spot it from way far that it's a poor quality product and I only received 1 saree instead of 2 and paid 1983 that was for both sarees . I ordered silk green embroidered semi stitched lehnga from khushi fabrics situated in surat for rs 1384. Today i received the parcel which doesn't have the product i ordered. Also, i tried calling the customer centre number which is unreachable. Either change the product or let me know abt the refund procedure.
Also, check order before you deliver to customer. If i don't get a response, i would have to file a complaint against a company....

I had ordered 2 sarees from https://khushifabrics.com with Order #17974 but got a different product. Now they are not responding to my emails. I'm unable to connect their contact number ([protected]) as well. It cost Rs 1, 783.00.

I have ordered for a red lehnga and i was delivered some two white kurti instead of extremely poor quality.. I need my money to be refunded or right product in good quality. I have ordered a kurti which is blue in colour and is of goeorgette fabric. The product which is delivered at home is totally different. The product is of no use. I did not want this product. I have ordered a lehanga chowli dark blue colour couple of weeks ago.
Today i have received the courier and on opening it was a green coloured with large size.

I samriddhi srivastava ordered poly silk green embroidered saree. But on dated 22/01/2018 product delivered to me and i open the packet after pay 934 rupees i am shocked. There is a red suit metrail in the packet. I kinsley request to send my order saree as soon as possible other wise give me my money back soon. If you don't take any action in one week i go to consumer court against you....

I placed an order on https://khushifabrics.com/ for a "Blue - Grey Layered Georgette Kurti" on 16th Jan, 2018. But i received a cream colored cheap suit on 19th Jan, 2018.
Now i want my money back, but they are not responding either on mail or the contact number given ([protected]). My order number is Order #15517.
Please someone look into this issue and help me to get my money back.

Guys please don't buy anything from this. I ordered lehnga and they sent the disgusting and even there is lot of dirty spots in the suit... Fabric is 3rd class. I pay rs. 1000 for this but its actually not worth for rs. 100.. Now they didn't pick the call.

I am Sheetal Phalswal. I ordered 2 saree from khushi fabrics, surat. But they send me a cheap quality suit. One mobile number is there, but no one is picking up the phone. I tried to call soo many times. I got a mail id from internet, i sent so many mails on that but didnt get any reply. They are doing fraud with people. I pay 1883 rs cash for the shipment. Now i want my money back. Please register my complaint & take action against them....
