My partner booked Kobe Sizzlers in Leicester London rd on the 14th of February valentine's Day..on arrival we were kept waiting at the door for over half an hour although we had booked two weeks earlier when we were eventually given a table we had to wait another 45 min before we were even offered a drink we sat and watched as people that came in after us got served

Yesterday we found cockroach in the sauce of hakka noodles from this restaurant Kobe Sizzlers which we had taken as parcel so couldn't show them on the spot and after makin such a terrifying discovery we called them. I personally spoke to their manager. All they said was they couldn't do anything about it!!!!!
