My mattresses were still in guarantee and i started having quality issues, it lost its firmness resulting to back pain. initially dealer asked to contact kurl on and latter asked me to contact dealer, after switching between them kurl on took my complaint and gave cmplt no. 1714332 on 10-10-16 but since then following up has become a nightmare, almost everyday i call they say a technician is coming soon, till date no one come, for two times...

I don't know the same problem is faced by me only or every one else also faced the same problem.
