My mattresses were still in guarantee and i started having quality issues, it lost its firmness resulting to back pain. initially dealer asked to contact kurl on and latter asked me to contact dealer, after switching between them kurl on took my complaint and gave cmplt no. 1714332 on 10-10-16 but since then following up has become a nightmare, almost everyday i call they say a technician is coming soon, till date no one come, for two times i got msgs from company with technician nos. but when i called they informed they don't work with kurl on. customer care says their team tried contacting me but i wasn't reachable.
