Their website doesn't have contact number to communicate in this regard and now even website is not working. So please help me regarding delivering of product or refund of the same ....

Dear sir, i placed a order of a mjni air conditioner fan air cooler- greay with order no. 188615 dt. 28/06/2022 but is not delivered till date. And now neither their website is working nor contact number is available on it. So please help regarding refund or product delivery...

I payment through upi on 8th april for mini portable ac but product not send....

I purchased goods worth Rs 1208 from website lacasha.com with payment through PayTM with order no. 70591_[protected] on November 21, 2021.

No confirmation mail or OTP is received on registered email or mobile number. Please guide on getting refund....

I had ordered a mini cooler through web site lacasha and paid through paytm UPI, amount debited but order not confirmed. amount credited to sabpaisa.[protected]@axisbank on 23/06/2022 the upi payment reference number is:[protected] amount dedited from Ravindran Nandakumar, state bank of India, Rs.449/-

so kindly help me to refund my amount as soon as possible. and do the needful.

I ordered Arctic mini cooler, paid the Rs 798 for 2 units, received confirmation email but order tracking page is still showing Processing your order and not showing the tracking status. It looks like a fraud company as many people have not received the ordered product....

As per lacasha.com Portable Mini AC @ Rs 399 advertisement on different websites cum newspaper, I placed an order on 15.4.2022 with a payment of Rs 399 via Paytm. But till date "Order #142203 was placed on 15/04/2022 and is currently Processing." message is showing in Track Order option of that website. Therefore I would request you to please look into the matter and help me to get refunds the same as early as possible . I sent email on 15.4.2022...
