As per lacasha.com Portable Mini AC @ Rs 399 advertisement on different websites cum newspaper, I placed an order with a payment of Rs 399 via Paytm. But till date is "currently Processing." message is showing in Track Order option of that website. Currently unable to login and try to reset password, but no response from them. My username is [protected]@yahoo.com. Therefore I would request you to please look into the matter and help me to get refunds the same as early as possible . I sent email on several times but no response received till date
