Dear Sir,
I, Dadasaheb Shinde, Worked in Laurent and Benon Management consultants Ltd, Santacruz Mumbai from Jan 2014 to Dec 2015 as a Senior Executive accounts. Due to personal problem i am resigning the job and reason is,

1. Daily Travelling time is more to reach M/s. Laurent and Benon Management Consultants Ltd, Santacruz from my residence place (New Mumbai)
2. The train transport within Mumbai / New Mumbai...

The above company rented our apartment in Exotica Complex, Gurgaon in February 2011. They deducted TDS of 10% from the rent for a period of 11 months. In January 2012 we ended the lease of the apartment. However, This company never issued any TDS certificates nor deposited the deducted money with the Tax Authorities. The amout of TDS they owe us is Rs. 63, 808. Since 2011 we are chasing them for the TDS but unsucessfully. The main culprits...
