Hi, I had initiated my pf transfer claim tracking ID 100XXXXXXX1 dated on Dec 2021 from my previous employer Legrand India to my current organisation ( Panasonic India). Till date the request has not been approved by Legrand. Request you to help for the same....

After a lot of searches and rferences I purchased and using legrand make myrius switches in my home for the last one year...now i am facing different problems...1.one way switch...spark inside and open circuiting at times while operating..connected load is a 12w led light..2.16A one way with indicator b..body cracked after an year usage...3.Most of the switch covering plates colour changed automatically...I submitted my complaint to legrand...

My complaint is not with the product, rather with the personnel employed with LeGrand in the Dehradun, Uttarakhand region.

Because of the brand name and quality that LeGrand commands I had approached LeGrand to demo their products and supply us the material. Infact, I even had made them contact at a few other sites where too LeGrand was able to pick up an order.

Post placing the order it became nearly impossible...
