My complaint is not with the product, rather with the personnel employed with LeGrand in the Dehradun, Uttarakhand region.
Because of the brand name and quality that LeGrand commands I had approached LeGrand to demo their products and supply us the material. Infact, I even had made them contact at a few other sites where too LeGrand was able to pick up an order.
Post placing the order it became nearly impossible to contact those people as they wouldn't take calls, respond to emails or whatsapp chat. On multiple occasion I spoke with the Regional Area Manager, who everytime never seemed to know anything - would say "yeah let me check and get back to you asap" and guess what that asap never happened. - very convenient don't you think
It took over 5 months to deliver the my order and it's still not complete in entirety. However, they always want the payment either in advance or upon delivery.
It's the people conducting the business that makes reputation of a company and not just the products alone. and it was outright appalling to see the kind o[censored]ncouth, unprofessional, coarse people who do not hesitate to badmouth with their clients, LeGrand has appointed and they expect to do good business with them.
There's not a single Email ID or centralized contact no. on Legrand India website to address queries/ Complaints...which makes me inclined to believe that all this is deliberate and LeGrand is well aware but doesnt intend to address.
There are way too many product companies in the same space...I don't think it's worth dealing with these thug-like-attitude folks just because it's LeGrand. Infact i'd say it's better to take slightly inferior quality products if that means dealing with genuine professionals.
