I had ordered books from their website ( http://thesecretofhacking.com/ ) on 30th Sept 2011. I haven't received any books till now. Multiple mails and multiple calls, they give one reason or the other. But no books (until today Jan 3, 2012). They said the books are yet to be re-printed and they are out of stock. If that is the case why did they even take an order?

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved.
