This has been notify that sales teams are asking unreasonable hike on subscription renewal in the name of value addition. Our usages has been reduced but they are quoting 50% hike in renewal quote without any reason.
I want to understand the reason for such hike considering my individual account. Is there any policy or system or any sales person can ask any amount to the users.

Dear sir/madam,
the refilling of LPG gas for consumer no 39329having election RR no W2EH23810 is not possible in automated services...
when we call they say the cylinder is booked but later we recieve the message stating the booking is been cancelled......please tel us what to be done .....and whom to contact with regard to this issue as soon as possible........
