This has been notify that sales teams are asking unreasonable hike on subscription renewal in the name of value addition. Our usages has been reduced but they are quoting 50% hike in renewal quote without any reason.
I want to understand the reason for such hike considering my individual account. Is there any policy or system or any sales person can ask any amount to the users.
