The owner lalith will recruit freshers or less experienced persons who came from rural areas. He will terminate 98% of employees immediately without any explanation. While joining, he will say that offer letter will be given after 1 year and one month is notice period. But he never leave that person after two years also and he will blackmail more than 3 months as notice period. He will force employees to work more than 11 hours and Sunday...
