I am writing this in regards to the poor service this company has been providing me. I took their annual plan firstly because they assured me that they will provide fiber optic internet to me. Its been 4 months but I havent got any fiber optics connection. According to their customer service it will take more 4-5 months for the fiber optics to be available in my area. This was a pure extortion and playing with peoples money....

I am subscriber of Mach1 Broadband in Mumbai. I have paid money for internet access for 1 full year. But whenever the internet is down the time is not adjusted into our subscribed time. If i am paying for one year ; it means that I am paying continuous internet access. So if the internet is down due to wiring or other reasons the company should provide extra internet for that much amount of time at the end of the year when the subscription...
