not received my prize that i won in "maggi promo contest"

I got a call from maggi and the representative said i won a cooker and asked for my address and said it will reach here in 10-15 days but its been almost 1 month but i have not received my item or any call regarding delays.
my name and number appears in the contest winner page .
i got that call in march last week(don't remember exact date)

Dear Sir/ Madam I have won a prize in Har 2 Minutes Mein Khusian offer last month.I received a telephonic call from your side about the Confirmation of Prize and Address. I gave all documents asked but the gift was shipped to my previous address written on my driving license.
Now the shipper homeshop18 is saying they can't ship to my present address.
