Delay in bus schedule and arrogant behaviour

I have booked swargate to mumbai of bus timing 5:16 on 27th june.
Bus no. Mh-07 c 9044
But bus lady conductor reported at 6:00 am. And after complaining about delay lady conductor behaved very arogantly.

This has delayed to one hour to attend my very important office meeting.
And rude behavior of lady conductor with me has shattered me.

Kindly look in to this and take action against that...

Fraud

On 27th November 2015 at 1330 HRS I Nilesh Suryawanshi bought a ticket for Pune Station for which I gave the conductor at the ticket counter a Rs500 note. The tickets cost was Rs230, so i was supposed to get back Rs270 in return but I just recived Rs70 as change. When I asked for the remaining change he said that I gave him just Rs300. That person was so reluctunt to do his job that he wasn't even paying attention to how much money is he...

Low frequency of buses from Thane to Vasai

Dear Sir,

I am Deep Singh working in Thane,everday move by bus from Vasai to Thane and Thane to Vasai.
In evening there is not a sinlge bus from Thane to Vasai on time.Timetable placed at bus station shows buses frequency every 15-20 minutes but it has become a dream to see such schedule.Buses come at a gap of 1:30 to 2:00 hours
There are many people facing this problem.
