Myself deepa sangave from nasik, maharashtra have paid for two policies "maitri suvarnasiddhi pvt. Ltd" against [1] plan no.6 term 4 years and plan no.8 term 3 years. I have paid rs. 24000/-. Photos of both policies are given. Kindly refer the same and do the needful. We have submitted details to bhadrakali, nasik, police station as suggested by the agent mrs. Shaila milind shinde. VIKRAM PRABHAKAR TRIPADE.And now I want to apply for repayment. Now branch closed from sindewahi.Searched for online form but couldn't find.
