Apartment booked in Mantri Serenity, Kanakpura in 2016 under buy back scheme. The cancellation of booking was done but Mantri team never communicated back and even after site visits there were no answers to the questions. Huge amount is pending with them till date but the team is least bothered to assist.

Specially the sales team & customer service is horrible and unsure what builders are those and what kind of staff they have.

Request full refund: I had booked a unit in Mantri Serenity (Bangalore) and paid 10% of the the amount also. After few visits, I saw the unit was in a horrible condition that included damping on the walls in the unit and fungus on the doors. After my visit, I requetsed them not to process the agreement further for which I got a positive reponse. When I then asked for cancellation and refund of my money, I was informed that the sale agreement has already been exected and it will take 3 to 4 years for me to get my money back after cancellation charges. I was not even aware of the agreement execution as the mantri team did not even inform me about it. After I demanded cancellation they informed me about the agreement execution and are now informing me about the clauses of the agreement. This is highly unethical and unprofessional. I have seen similar issues from other buyers who have not received their money even after 3 years.

Lots of issue in past but now all resolved

We have bought an apartment in Mantri Alpyne about 5 years back. Till date we do not have BBMP Khata, as Mantri Developers did not pay Development charges to BBMP, though affidavit was submittef to BBMP.

I have booked my 2 bhk flat in Mantri Webcity project, Parcel-2, tower-H in year 2015 October and the possession date was October 2018 that is after 36 months. But so far I didn’t get the possession. When I visited the site the parcel-2 work was completely stopped. I can see only the tower structure is built.
The CRMs are not giving any reply to mails and no one is receiving the calls. Every time I tried to send the mail, it bounces back showing the mail recepten does not exist.
This is my hard earned money which I spent on a project expecting returns from it, but it’s in vain.
Your kind and urgent help is needed. Otherwise I have to go for a legal actions.

I am victim of of mantri serenity project and their pre-emi scheme from last 4 years. Pre-emi they promised was stopped from last 4 years and the project is delayed more than 3 year. I have a flat in n block of phase 5.

They have delayed the possession many times and last they promised to give possession in march 2020 but since then they are not responding to my emails. This is my biggest mistake. Sanjeev kapoor who lives in dubai sold this to me who is now no longer in mantri. All false promises this is life's biggest mistake i have made.

Surprised to see that like us many others still falling into their pre-emi scheme trap and losing their peace of mind. The bank's (Such as hdfc, icici etc.) who join hands with such corrupt builders should be dragged into court because once money is taken by the builders, it is the responsibility of buyer to keep paying the emi's or to close the loan.

I am paying bank the pre_emi and bank is asking to for the registration documents to disburse the remaining amount of loan without any clue of non-completion of the project by their certified builders.

All are bunch of corrupt persons.
I am frustrated and want to get rid of this flat but not getting any guidance on how to recover my money from this corrupt builder

Mantri delaying money due under buy back scheme for the past 20 months. Mou expired on 30 june 2018.

Mantri is not paying monthly pre-emis from july 2017 and i have to pay pnb bank inr 74000 on mantri's behalf every month.

Total pre-emis money due from mantri as at today - 23 lakhs (From july 207 to february 2020)

Plus total money due under the scheme is around one crore and 70 lakhs.

I am trying to contact via phone and email mantri's deputy sales manager but no response.

Mantri team - if you are reading this complaint, please help. I tried my best to resolve this issue with your concerned staff but no luck. Thanks.

I was an employee of Mantri developer's Pvt ltd for about 2years
I have left organisation around 2.5 years before now, but still haven't received my full and final settlement
Earlier when I tried to reach them, they used say they will pay in coming month
Now a days nobody is receiving up my call
Need this forum help for earliest resolution

Booked apartment under pre-emi scheme in 2017. They have stopped paying the interest to bank as aggreed. Also already delayed the project by two years. This is about serenity apartments Bangalore.
As side note: Mantri stopped paying interest under pre-emi loan in 2014 it self for a few customer but still the bank approved and gave loan under same scheme to other customers. Why bank did not put the Mantri developer under bad credit. Looks something very suspicious arrangement with mantri and aditya birla home finance.

What is the status of the work. Why are we not allowed to see the construction status ground reality. Why are the customer care personal so arrogant. We are not getting appropriate response. If applied for withdrawal, how much time is required to complete the process. We were initially promised registration during december 2019, now postponed to september 2020

Mantri energia was promised to be delivered by dec 2018. Later they informed us that it’s been delayed to 2019. The earlier date itself was 1.5 years delayed it seems.
When we enquired in their office, we were mistreated by their staff. We don’t even get the status report. I don’t know whether they will deliver the flat or not. I am not sure what action should be taken to treat these guys with some lessons.

I purchased Flat No: B-306 in Mantri Navarathna Flats at Chromepet/ Pallavaram at Chennai in the year 2011 which was handed over in the end of 2014. M/s Mantri have committed to pay me a refund amount of Rs.38527/-.and the same is yet to be paid by M/s Mantri to me . Even after a lapse of four years and despite many of my reminders to M/s Mantri office bearers the refund amount is still to be paid to me.

Mantri builders biggest fraud and cheaters... They offered buyback scheme in 2015 and we got 2 flats and now fro last 1.5 years they are not paying pre emis a for the loan they got on our names. Thousands mails have been sent. Many calls made but it was all ignored.

Snehal mantri and sushil mantri have also been informed on this but they seem to show deaf ear. The banks are chasing us for money every month making our life difficult.br...

The Mantri Vantage project is delayed and there is no visibility on when construction will resume. They have been telling that construction will resume in next month and the same reply month after month.

We feel cheated and our patience is being tested with such delays.
We bought the house here due the name Mantri brand had in market but it seems all is fake....

we are every week getting answer from Mantri Vantage that construction will resume and they will get payment from bank to start work.
the project is running 2 years late.

we had booked on the name of President awardee Sushil Mantri however the whole Mantri group is just sleeping over the issue and they are leads in poor communication.

We need immediate attention and presence of Mantri management in Pune.

I have invested in buy back scheme in 2015

They have stopped paying pre emi since long ago. Now i have asked to cancel my flats and buy it back from me, mantri is being non coopertive and instead of paying my money back they are asking to retain the flats. It was a big mistake to invest in such company.

They are not bothered about people's hard earned money.

I agree with avinash and naveen, my friend /reference mr naveen gamini r-704 building 5 is also victim of mantri serenity project and their pre-emi scheeme from last 3 years. Pre-emi never paid properly and even if paid they don't care bank emi increase due to roi changes.

They can delay the possession and registration as many times they can, however if buyer wants to opt out from buying flat after 3 years of pre-emi scheme...

I have the booked a flat in mantri webcity parcel 2 in nov 2014 and paid 95% of the payment. But now there is no construction happening and it looks like it will take another two years. Don’t know what to do. They are not responding any phone calls and emails. Need help. Can we form a group and take it forward to consumer court and to rera?
