I have booked parcel wide docket no c991b2332457 from chennai to bassi rajasthan on 7th of aug, i was assured by the booking office that packet will be delivered latest by thursday, since friday i am continuously chasing the booking branch, and every time i have been told that packet has reached its destination and will be delivered by evening, when my friend check there they you have to come to jaipur collect your parcel we won delivered...

This is to inform you that i am resident of 707, guru ram das nagar, laxmi nagar extn. Delhi - 110092. Sewerage has blocked about 1week and it is goes worst day by day now the same is overflowing and the dirty water also coming back to my home and nearby ground floors through bathroom/toilets etc..And it is very difficult to live such situation. Please take it forward with concerned department for immediate action....
