I have booked parcel wide docket no c991b2332457 from chennai to bassi rajasthan on 7th of aug, i was assured by the booking office that packet will be delivered latest by thursday, since friday i am continuously chasing the booking branch, and every time i have been told that packet has reached its destination and will be delivered by evening, when my friend check there they you have to come to jaipur collect your parcel we won delivered in that place they charge me 300 but the charge is only 100 rs see how they are cheat with the customer its very very bad service for first flight couriers.
