On or around 1st May 2010, as per various news articles, 2 directors of MCL were arrested.
There are thousands of MCL investors all across India.
And, it is common knowledge that people with contacts in "higher circles" rarely remain in jail for a long time.
Can any Delhi investor, please kindly find out the latest position and please update it in this forum, for the sake...

i am an employee of metro cruise ltd. they are doing a fraud business n fooling people around by ensuring that if they invest in their investment plans then they will give returns at the rate of 8 % per month...they collected lot of money from public and now there cheques are bouncing n they just stopped giving returns of the public. they have not given the salaries to the pune employees from last 2 months. they have not told us also about...

lost all my money
I had invested rs 1, 20, 400/- and co. Gave me agreement copy and pdc cheque for 5yrs my 2 cheque of 8988 got cleared but in january my cheque got dishonoured
Can any one tell what should i do now, where to lodge complaint and how i can get my money back

Fraud & cheated people
Sachin chaudhary, prarul singh and other director have cheated me , because now the cheque he has issued. it is not clearing because account of payee has been closed. please help to all duped person to hang these people in court/public.

i invested around 2lakhs60thousands in this company on the return of some post dated cheques which got bounced from 2jan2010. Now i want my whole money back and the culprits behind the bar.
